This 'essay' is nothing more than someone's compiled workout program and list of supplements they feel works for boosting T Levels. There's a Men's Health logo on the front cover, but this is meant to grab your attention and lend credence to the work, which is NOT PUBLISHED by Men's Health, but appears to be self-published by the author. There's sparse links to youtube workout videos. WHile the content is not the worse I've seen, it's far from authoratative. A college level nutrionist or fitness major could have provided you this information. Buyer beware.
I found the book to be highly informative. I am currently trying the supplementation suggested as well as eating the types of food needed to achieve optimal results.
This book has been very helpful to me by suggesting the correct supplements and foods to use and eat while maintaining a steady work out. I also find the video clips of the workouts informative for a new person such as myself.
